Leveraging modern concepts to run clinical trials
My role
As the product owner of the Clinical Trials platform, I worked with other stakeholders to set the overall high-level strategy and direction for this product and continuously collaborated with stakeholders to define product timelines and launch criteria. Meantime I monitored business development processes and evaluated results.
Product
The Clinical trial platform consists of two major aspects, the scanner app which allows fast and efficient patient registration and a dashboard for Data Managers, CRAs and Project Managers to manage, track, review and clean entered patient data.
